Use Mushy, Over-Ripe Tomatoes to Make an Amazing Vinaigrette 

Tomato season is approaching, and I am freaking ready. I tend to go overboard at the market, but that’s not a real “problem,” as I have a multitude of ways to deal with an excess of tomatoes, like this delicious dressing from Bar Tartine.
